Afterwork Yoga Classes

Afterwork Yoga Classes offer a convenient option for city workers to attend a yoga class on their way home. The classes are suitable for Beginners through to Intermediates. We offer a 10 week course that runs during school terms with each class running for 75 minutes. Casual classes may be available, contact us for further details.

Mats and equipment provided.

Each class consists of simple Yoga poses and stretches especially suited to the office worker, to release tension across the neck, shoulders, lower and upper back areas. These stretches are complimented by traditional Yoga standing poses to bring strength and tone to the entire body. Each class concludes with a relaxation period, to renew the body and calm the mind.

All participants are encouraged to practice to their own body's ability, stretching and strengthening at their individual pace. Classes aren't too strenuous, so a shower afterwards is not necessary. Clothing just needs to be comfortable with the ability to stretch - all equipment is provided.
