Wellbeing@Work now delivers Pilates classes to your place of work.
These
classes are based on the Pilates method principles of centring, concentration,
control, precision, breath, and flow.
These
classes are ‘clinical pilates’ meaning they cater for beginners
with a history of low back pain / joint pain through to intermediates.
Pilates is a gentle, but challenging method of exercise, designed to
heal the body, prevent injuries and improve strength, balance and self
awareness. Private health rebates apply to all classes.'
Zumba

Wellbeing@Works' Zumba® program fuses hypnotic
Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness
program that will exhilarate you.
The
goal of this program is to get you to want to work out and to love working
out so much that it feel more like a "party" than a work out!
You
can experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning,
body-energising, awe-inspiring moves.

Pilates & Zumba courses run for a minimum 6 week blocks. And both
the Pilates and Zumba courses can be formatted to suit your groups needs.
To
get started all you need is a group of up to 15 people and a quiet,
clean space - the average boardroom, staff or meeting room, cleared
of tables and chairs can usually accommodate 10–15 participants
comfortably.
Classes
can be conducted anytime across the working day, including sessions
at lunchtime or before and after work.
