Mindfulness in the Workplace

Our Mindfulness Workshop teaches a series of practical mindfulness tools to deal with stress and work overwhelm in the workplace. We also look at how bring more productivity, clarity and enjoyment into your workday.

Our workshop will consist of the following:

  • Breath Awareness
  • Body Mindfulness – Gentle stretches for neck, shoulders and back (all done seated in a chair)
  • Mindfulness Practical Tools to be used in the Workplace – Eg Responding vs Reacting, Embracing Change, Focus & Balance.
  • Meditation Tools

Workshops can accommodate up to 25 people for session, depending on space available. Each participant will require enough space to stretch his or her arms out to the side and the same out in front.

Workshops can run from 45 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your time available.
