Yoga Classes Face to Face and Online


Term 3 – July 20th to Sept 28th (no class August 10th) 10 weeks

When – Tuesday 5.30pm to 6.30pm – Yoga Flow to strengthen and energise 

All of these classes will now be available online for those weeks when you can’t make it to the hall. Recordings of this class will also be available for the week so that you can practice it as often as you like. There is also the option to add the Zoom package (as per below) for additional $3 per week. To book simply email me via the contact Denise button below – numbers strictly limited

We offer a convenient and affordable package of online Yoga that includes a weekly program of 5 classes ranging from 60 to 20 minutes suitable for the beginner and experienced students.  You are welcome to join us for any or all of our classes across the week.

All classes are recorded and made available to you for three weeks so that at any time you will have 5 online and 15 recorded classes to choose from each week with the ability to practice whenever and wherever you want…..all for the cost of $9 per week. 

To join us simply pay via PayPal and I’ll send you the an email with your weekly class links via Zoom. If you have questions or would prefer to pay via Bank Transfer simply send me an email via the contact Denise button below. 


Tuesday 5.30pm – Yoga Flow to energise & tone (60 mins)

Wednesday 12.00pm – Yoga Flow to energise & tone (30 mins)

Wednesday 12.40pmDesktop Yoga – seated stretches and relaxation  (20 mins)

Thursday 5.30pm – Slow Flow to stretch, strengthen & relax (45 mins)


$90 – 10 week ticket – Access to all online classes and recordings

$10 – 1 week casual ticket – Access to online classes only
