Afterwork Yoga

Wellbeing@Work offer a convenient option for city workers to attend a yoga class on their way home.

Classes are suitable for Beginners through to Intermediates. Mats and equipment provided.
 Newcomers are welcome. No experience is required.

We offer a 10 week course that runs during school terms with each class running for 60 minutes. Casual classes may be available, contact us for further details.

Tuesday : 5.30pm – 6.30 pm
Yoga Flow to energise & tone 
(Intermediate level)

Wednesday:  
5.30pm – 6.30pm
Yoga Flow to energise & tone 
(Beginner level) ON HOLD FOR TERM 3

Thursday: 
5.30pm – 6.30 pm
Slow Flow to gently stretch, strengthen & relax 
(Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate)

Term 1: February 2 – April 14 (11 weeks)
Term 2: May 3 – July 7 (10 weeks)
Term 3: July 26 – September 29 (10 weeks)
Term 4: Oct 18 – December 15 (9 weeks)

Lunchtime Yoga

Lunchtime Yoga Classes are the perfect way to revitalize, relax and release tension caused by daily stresses in the workplace and home. 
We offer convenient 45 minutes yoga classes for Beginner and Intermediate students. Mats and equipment provided.

Classes aren’t too strenuous, so a shower afterwards is not necessary. Clothing just needs to be comfortable with the ability to stretch.

 It is recommended that those new to Yoga attend 6 Beginner classes before moving on to Intermediate. Newcomers are welcome.

Introductory Ticket of 6 classes (3 month expiry) $50
10 class ticket (6 month expiry) $90
