Wellbeing Walks

  • Need to start taking some time out to focus on your own health and wellbeing?
  • Don’t want to spend your Sundays sweating it out in a stuffy gym but know you need to do something?
  • Love to get some fresh air and immerse yourself into the beauty of the Adelaide Hills in Springtime?

Then you should join us for our Wellbeing Walks on Sundays.
You’ll experience an Afternoon of Yoga, an invigorating Walk through the Adelaide Hills and Meditation.

Your afternoon will commence with a 45 minute yoga session, followed by a 90 minute walk, including an hour exploring the beauty of Mt Lofty’s Botanic Gardens. The session will be capped off with a light afternoon tea and 30 minutes of gentle stretching and a guided relaxation/meditation session. 

The Walks will be at a medium fitness level but as with all Wellbeing@Work’s classes you will be encouraged to practice at your own pace, with provision made for this during the walk and yoga sessions.

Our Spring Walks will take place from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday October 9th and November 20th.
