Wellbeing Workshops

Yoga & Meditation for the Workplace

Our Wellbeing Workshop is designed to introduce participants to the benefits of Yoga and Meditation within the workplace.

The 60 or 90 minute session can address the following:

• Correct Breathing – how and why it is important
• Correct Posture – standing and seated
• Basic Yoga postures to release tension within the Shoulder and Neck areas
• Introduce Desktop Yoga poses utilising office chairs or desks to stretch and strengthen the body. Focusing on Legs, Lower Back, Upper Back & Arms
• Balancing poses to bring about clarity of mind and correct posture
• Introduction to Meditation & Relaxation to address stress and general Wellbeing within the workplace and beyond.

These workshops can be conducted within a small space without the need for special equipment or clothing - all you need is a chair and your normal working attire, making them ideal for conferences, training sessions and offices where space and time is limited!

Workshops are also available that focus entirely on Meditation and dealing with stress in the workplace.

Wellbeing at your next Conference
