Having a Health & Wellbeing theme day in your workplace? 

Consider including one of our popular Wellbeing Workshops to assist in reinforcing the health and wellbeing message.

Our most popular workshop is a fusion of Desktop Yoga (chair yoga), Meditation and Relaxation guaranteed to eliminate stress and elicit clarity of the mind.

We can also include sessions of Pilates focusing on building core strength and back care or Traditional May Yoga or perhaps Zumba for something a little different.  Or if your staff need a little pampering perhaps have us bring along our massage chairs and expert masseurs. 

Most workshop can be conducted within a small space without the need for special equipment or clothing – all you need is a chair and your normal working attire.
