I have been a walker most of my adult life, in fact since we lived out of town during my childhood I guess the walking started well before adult life.
Then when I started practising yoga in 2001 I naturally combined my walking with yoga.
Now it’s just a natural way to live my life, I go for a walk and do my yoga practice or I do my yoga and then go for a walk.
They fit so perfectly together…. so much so that I’m now running a series
of Yoga Hikes across the year.
